- Dislocation Force Limiter
Ishida's unique Dislocation Force Limiter protects the weight sensor by dislocating the conveyor when the external load exceeds a certain threshold.
Real-time Data CollectionThe DACS-G Series allows weighing data to be saved and managed in digital format on a PC. This not only allows production status to be checked in a timely fashion from an office away from production site, but also means that acquired weighing data can also be used to improve the productivity of the entire line.
Ishida's data collection software, i-STATION LINK, collects data from DACS units via Ethernet network and displays it on a PC in an easily-understood format. This not only lets you check up-to-the-minute production stats from an office, but also allows weighing data to be managed with a PC.
A standard USB slot enables total and individual weighing data to be downloaded to a USB memory stick or computer.
The DACS-G remote control features a full-color wide LCD display and provides intuitive, cellular-phone-like operation without a manual. This helps reduce loss due to operational errors and also reduces operator training costs.
On the operation screen, production statistic data is displayed in easy-to-read format so that operator can easily check weighing redults.
